User Content may not promote or constitute racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind.
We may remove or refuse to display any User Content for any reason in our sole discretion. We have no obligation to screen, monitor, or edit User Content.
Purchases and Payments
We may offer products and services for purchase on the Site. If you wish to purchase any products or services, you will be directed to a third party payment processor to process your payment. We have no liability for your use of third party payment services.
All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Prices do not include applicable taxes and other charges, for which you are responsible. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors at any time.
We have the right to cancel any orders placed for products listed at incorrect prices. In the event of an error, if we have processed your payment but are unable to fulfill your purchase for any reason, we will refund your payment. Availability of products on the Site is not guaranteed and all sales are final.
Shipping and Delivery
If you purchase a physical product on the Site, you agree the total risk of loss transfers to you when we deliver the product to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and lost shipments.
We will not be liable for any delays in shipment. We provide estimates for product delivery dates, but cannot guarantee delivery by a specified date. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our sole discretion. If we cancel your order after processing your payment, we will refund your payment.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. No advice or information provided by us shall create any warranty.
We are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of telephone networks or lines, computer systems, servers, or providers; hardware or software failures; or incomplete, delayed, or lost data transmissions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement relating to use of the Site and Services. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under these Terms. Any purported assignment in violation of this section will be null and void. We reserve the right to assign these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, that provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the intent of the provision to greatest extent possible under applicable law. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes relating to these Terms or the Site or Services will be settled exclusively by binding arbitration in Nashville, Tennessee under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Product Terms
Fabrics: Our sheets and linens are made from the finest materials and fabrics including 100% Egyptian cotton, TENCELTM lyocell, organic cotton, microfiber, and more. While our manufacturing process ensures consistent sizing across all our fabrics, minor variations in dimensions may occur. Our sizing terminology (California King, Queen, Twin XL, etc.) refers to standard mattress sizes in the U.S bedding industry.
Organic and Sustainable Materials: We source organic, sustainable, and environmentally friendly fabrics whenever possible. However, unless specifically stated, terms like “organic” or “eco-friendly” should not be interpreted as third-party certifications for organic, sustainable, or environmental standards. Please contact us if you would like more information about the composition and sourcing of any of our fabrics.
Color Representations: We strive to display fabrics and colors as accurately as possible on our website. However, the colors you see depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee an exact color match. If you are unsure about color selection, please contact us and we can provide fabric samples. Minor variations in shade and tone are inherent in dyed textiles.
Home Décor Items: Our home décor items like blankets, pillows, and quilts are intended for indoor decorative use only and are not intended for outdoor use. Spot clean only – do not machine wash decorative items unless care instructions specify machine washing.
Mattress Fit: Our fitted sheets are designed to fit standard mattress sizes and depths in the United States. However, mattress dimensions can vary slightly by manufacturer. Our fitted sheets will fit mattresses up to 18″ deep. Fit may be looser for thinner mattresses. Our sheets are designed for home use only and are not intended for commercial or hospitality industry use.
Washing Instructions: To prolong the life of your linens, please follow our fabric care guide. We cannot guarantee or warrant damage caused by failure to follow care instructions. Do not use chlorine bleach on any of our products unless specifically noted in the care instructions for that item.
Exchanges and Returns: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, most products may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund. Please inspect products promptly upon receipt – we cannot process returns for damage caused after delivery. Unwashed and unused products may be refunded or exchanged. Please contact us to process a return and for more information.
Warranty: We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any defects in materials or workmanship, please contact us. At our option, we will repair or replace any product found defective due to manufacturing flaws in materials or workmanship. Normal wear and tear from regular use is not covered. This warranty does not apply to customized or personalized products.
